چکیده

In this work, the influence of post-annealing on structural, morphological, and optical properties copper selenide thin films deposited glass substrate by thermal evaporation was investigated in detail. The process at different ambient temperatures a nitrogen atmosphere applied to room temperature. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns showed presence cubic Cu2-xSe phase, it observed that crystallinity improves with increasing annealing addition, deduced average crystallite size increased Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) atomic force (AFM) were employed investigate surface morphology films. It seen all samples have compact densely packed grains become larger. Surface roughness from 11nm 53 nm as temperature increased. On other hand, as-deposited annealed utilizing UV-Visible spectrophotometer. direct bandgap energies estimated be 2.34 eV, 2.31 2.29 eV using well-known Tauc relation, respectively. energy also calculated derivative spectroscopy technique.

OPTICAL AND ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES OF CdxZn8-xTe92CHALCOGENIDE THIN FILMS DEPOSITED BY THERMAL EVAPORATION AT LOW TEMPERATURE

CdxZn8-xTe92chalcogenideglass is prepared by melt quenching technique. The thin films of as-prepared glass are deposited by thermal evaporation technique under the vacuum better than 10torr. The optical parameters such as refractive index (n), extinction coefficient (k), the absorption coefficient (α), and optical band gap (Eg) are calculated from transmittance spectra in the 200-1800nm region....

Optimization of thermoelectric properties on Bi2Te3 thin films deposited by thermal co-evaporation

The optimization of the thermal co-evaporation deposition process for n-type bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3) thin films onto polyimide substrates for thermoelectric applications is reported. The influence of deposition parameters (evaporation rate and substrate temperature) on film composition and thermoelectric properties was studied for optimal thermoelectric performance. Energy-dispersive X-ray s...

Study of Composition and Optical Properties of Chemically Deposited Pd-xSb2S3 Thin Films

The study reports on the effects of different concentration of palladium impurities on the compositional and optical properties of Palladium Doped Antimony Sulphide (Pd-xSb2S3) thin films grown by the chemical bath deposition method. The films were grown at room temperature and other deposition conditions such as the bath temperature, pH, complexing agents were kept constant. The concentration ...

Structural, Electrical and Optical Properties of Molybdenum Oxide Thin Films Prepared by Post-annealing of Mo Thin Films

Molybdenum thin films with 50 and 150 nm thicknesses were deposited on silicon substrates, using DC magnetron sputtering system, then post-annealed at different temperatures (200, 325, 450, 575 and 700°C) with flow oxygen at 200 sccm (standard Cubic centimeter per minute). The crystallographic structure of the films was obtained by means of x-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. An atomic force micr...
